SURGERY
TIMES
We run a full appointment system. The surgery is open from 8.30am to 5.30pm.
Appointments are available every day, Monday to Friday, from 9.00-11.00am
and 2.30-4.30pm.
There
are emergency appointments available every day for acute medical conditions.
You will be asked to give some details to reception staff if you require
one of these appointments.
Saturday
Morning Emergencies
This is held in the out of hours co-operative in Moy and is for emergency
consultations only.
WEEKEND
AND NIGHT COVER
In an emergency outside normal surgery hours you should contact the
out of hours co-operative in Moy. This service should be used for emergencies
only. All other routine enquiries should be made during normal surgery
hours. You should always telephone the out of hours service first, so
that the doctor on call can decide on the appropriate action to take.

DISABLED
ACCESS
At the Campbell Surgery reserved car parking spaces for the disabled
are marked near the front door. Wheelchair access to the building is
via the front entrance. Patient services are provided at ground floor
level. A disabled patients' W.C. is provided near reception. If access
proves difficult to any of our disabled patients we would be happy to
consider any suggestions for improvement.

we do have a Practice Charter. It can be seen on the notice board in the
